Suite Tariff: Suite Tariff is quoted per couple, per night on a Double / Twin basis. Suite Tariff includes accommodation, platter and glass of wine or beer on arrival, complimentary mini bar (alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages & snacks), full breakfast. Complimentary WIFI. All Suite rates are quoted in New Zealand dollars inclusive of 15% goods and services tax (GST).
Child & Extra Person Policy: Children are most welcome when booking exclusive use, otherwise we only accept children over 12 years of age.
Cancellation Policy: Within 30 days of arrival date – 30% of all room nights booked will be charged
Within 10 days of arrival date – 100% of all room nights booked will be charged
Minimum Stay Period: A minimum 2 night stay applies, except for NZ statutory holidays, when a minimum 3 night stay applies. Public holiday dates as follows:

Auckland Anniversary Weekend 29 Jan – 1 Feb 2021

Period of Occupancy: Confirmed rooms will usually be available for occupancy after 3pm on the day of arrival, check-out time is 11am. Late or extended check out is subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
Payment: A 30% Deposit is due at time of booking. Final payment is due upon arrival.
Confidentiality: All information provided to us is private and confidential and may not be disclosed to third parties for whatever reason or purpose
Smoking: Please note that due to New Zealand law all areas within the Lodge are classified as “smoke free”. We encourage guests wishing to indulge in smoking to do so away from the main Lodge whilst enjoying the beautiful surroundings.
Arrangements for use of Lodge facilities including the Lodge’s private helipad need to be pre-arranged with the Lodge management. Our normal hours of operation for all excursions, arrivals and departures are from 9am-5pm.
